Brief background
BOSCO, was established in August 1990 with the aim of expansion of maritime industries / seaborne carriage in the worldwide environment particularly from/to Persian Gulf.
Considering the geographical and economical situation of the target area /countries (Persian Gulf), the company has set up its main lines of activity by establishing branch offices in Italy and China to perform regular liner services utilizing owned vessels as monthly one ship from far east+S.east Asia to PG and two ships from Europe to PG plus setting up tramp services worldwide .Further more chartering department with more than 8 years of fabulous performance lead the company to successful worldwide activity.
Our team has created a healthy and productive base in the professional competition atmosphere, and stability in the transportation of import and export cargo.
On the other hand, BOSCO as the head of marine group of affiliated companies can benefit from other services such as port operation/agencies and even land transportation. The marine group has a controlling role on Bonyad Shipping Agency Co.(BOSACO) and Queshm management shipping Co.(QUESHM BONYAD), Bonyad Stevedoring Co. (BOBACO).
BOSCO presently owns NINE purchased bulk carrier & tweendecker(operate totally or partly)including one capesize, one supramax,one handymax and others handysize.
It’s worth to mention that for the last four years one of our regular and contractual customer to which all their required iron ore in last four years has been carried by us from Tubarau+PDM/Brazil to Bandar Imam khomaini/Iran. We also have this contract for next three years for each year we carry 1.5 million tons of iron ore for their factory and also cargo of copper concentrate to amount of 140,000(7x20,000) MTs from Bandar Abbas/Iran to Dahej/India is carried by this Co.
3 years experience of pipe cargo in 4 COA from Germany,Rusia,china and Japan to Iran is another glamorous performance.
